1. What do I do after an auto accident?
Gets the name of the person(s) driving the other vehicle(s) involved along with their driver's license, vehicle license, insurance information and phone numbers. Also try to obtain any witness(s), name and number. Note the location, time and date. If you have a camera, take pictures.
2. Where do I get a claim number?
Call the toll free number on your insurance card, if not available call your insurance agent.
3. Is the estimate free?
YES
4. Do I have the right to choose my own body shop?
YES, you have the privilege of picking your own shop.
5. Can I get a ride to my home, work or to pick up a rental car when I drop off my vehicle?
YES, we will gladly take you where you need to go.
6. Can I get a rental car?
- If you were not at fault, the other person's insurance company will provide you with a
rental car

If you are at fault, you must check your policy or talk with your agent to see if you
have rental coverage.

If neither apply we will be glad to help with arrangements for you to obtain one.

7. Do I need to pay anything when I drop off my car?
NO, all payment including the deductible is due upon completion of repairs.
8. Will my car be as good as it was before the accident?
We restore all vehicles to pre-loss condition. Definition of pre-loss: same fit and function as before.
9. Is there a warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?
All of our work is guaranteed for as long as you own your car.
10. How will know when my car is ready?
We will contact you as soon as it is finished. Also you will have a contact person assigned directly to you and your vehicle.
11. What forms of payment do you accept?
We can work directly with the responsible insurance company. We also accept check, visa, and master card
